Let's work together
Through heart-centered presence, I hold space for individuals in situations of chronic illness who are ready to re-evaluate their relationship to rewnewal and change. In collaboration with my clients, I help each person on their own path towards wholeness.
Welcome to a Space of Renewal and Growth
In these one-on-one sessions, I offer a supportive environment for reconnection and personal discovery. Drawing on my training in bodywork and somatics, I help you find greater ease, alignment, and vitality through personalized, intuitive care. Individual sessions focus on deep rest, release, and renewal. They can respond to specific needs or requests, or simply be a place to receive safe, caring, and intuitive touch.
My Approach
Each session is designed to support your body’s natural rhythms and provide tools to manage tension, improve balance, and foster a sense of connection. I blend Tuina—a therapeutic form of massage rooted in Chinese medicine—with Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and principles of movement and somatic awareness. This approach respects your body’s ability to self-organize and adapt, offering a safe space to access greater comfort and flow.
Through gentle, exploratory movements and mindful positioning, I aim to:
- Encourage relaxation and release unnecessary tension.
- Support natural alignment and ease in movement.
- Develop awareness of your body’s internal rhythms and responses.
What to Expect
Sessions are collaborative and adapted to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from tension, reconnection with your body, or deep rest, I’ll work with you to create a session tailored to your goals. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended to allow for ease of movement and relaxation.
Bodywork Techniques May Include:
- Soft Tissue and Fascia Release: Encouraging relaxation in areas of tension.
- Gentle Joint Mobilization: Promoting freedom of movement and alignment.
- Acupressure: Targeted pressure points for balance, harmony, and tension release.
- Passive and Active Movements: Supporting flexibility and a fuller range of motion.
- Mindful Positioning and Stillness: Allowing the body to release held patterns naturally.
- Exploratory Somatic Practices: Fostering awareness of movement and connection to your body’s sensations.
Craniosacral Therapy : Craniosacral Therapy offers a gentle and transformative process of "unwinding," where your body has the opportunity to release deep patterns of tension. Through light touch and stillness, this work creates space for your nervous system to reset, encouraging balance, calm, and clarity.
Focusing and Somatic Education Inspired by Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing, I guide clients in listening to the subtle, felt-sense of the body—the quiet, intuitive signals that often hold insight into emotions, patterns, and tensions. This practice fosters greater clarity and self-awareness, supporting you in exploring what your body is communicating.
My background in somatic education, which includes practices like Contact Improvisation and Authentic Movement, emphasizes curiosity, non-judgment, and playfulness. These tools support a deeper embodiment of presence, allowing you to access ease and vitality from within.
About Me – Why Work Together?
With over two decades of personal experience navigating chronic autoimmune challenges, remission, and renewal, I approach this work with compassion and understanding. My role is not to "fix" you but to offer a collaborative space where you can explore your own path toward greater ease and vitality. My journey through illness and self-discovery deeply informs my approach, emphasizing curiosity, presence, and self-compassion. Movement has always been at the heart of my life—both as a dancer and as a seeker of alignment in body and mind.
My work integrates over a decade of training in somatic movement, bodywork, and mindfulness-based practices. I am a certified massage therapist and a member of the Quebec Association of Natural Therapists (AQTN), with extensive experience in Tuina and Craniosacral Therapy. My foundational training was conducted at the Montreal Gongfu Research Center with Ethan Murchie. My practice is informed by continuing education in systems like Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, and Orthobionomy, alongside somatic disciplines such as Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, and Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing. These approaches have not only shaped my professional work but also serve as a foundation for my personal practice of embodiment and connection.
I approach every session as a collaborative space, blending intuition, technical skill, and somatic wisdom to support your unique journey. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—while fostering a sense of ease and resilience that you can carry into your daily life.
My own journey through illness, remission, and self-discovery deeply influences my approach, emphasizing curiosity, presence, and self-compassion. Movement has always been at the heart of my life—both as a dancer and a seeker of alignment in body and mind. I explore and study the interplay between movement, touch, and somatics.
Through my own many years of trial, error, and growth, I encountered bodyworkers, somatic educators, and movement practices that helped me discover a path toward remission and greater vitality.
This journey taught me that meaningful change is an ongoing process, rooted in self-awareness and patience. You can read more about my journey here.
I approach every session with empathy and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s lived experience. While I don’t claim to have all the answers, I offer a compassionate space where we can explore what might support your well-being in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
